Explore Therapy blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you better understand your mind, habits, and emotions. The work is reflective but practical — focused on helping you name what’s happening and choose your next step with confidence.

Sessions are conversational and goal-oriented, giving you the clarity and direction you need to move forward — whether that means ongoing therapy, a structured program, or a new perspective on yourself.

  • Phase 2 – Clarify: Early sessions focus on identifying themes, stressors, and strengths.
  • Phase 3 – Plan: We’ll help you outline next steps — continuing with your matched clinician, beginning a targeted program (like Anxiety & OCD or Stress & Burnout Therapy), or setting independent goals with tools you can apply right away.

You’ll leave with insight, a plan, and a clearer sense of what support looks like for you.
