Some of our clinicians are in-network, but paying cash gives you the most flexibility with scheduling and clinician choice. If you’d like to use insurance, we’ll match you with a therapist who can accept your plan—or help you request reimbursement for out-of-network care.

We work with adults navigating anxiety, OCD, and burnout—often people who are high-functioning on the outside but ready for things to feel easier on the inside. Many clients begin therapy within one to two weeks, depending on their preferences and scheduling needs. If your ideal clinician isn’t available right away, you can choose to start sooner with another member of our team or wait for the right fit. Either way, we’ll help you find a path that works best for you.
