Overview
OtherKind collaborated with PeakMade to introduce a comprehensive mindfulness program aimed at enhancing employee well-being and productivity. The initiative began with a foundational "Mindfulness 101" workshop, followed by a series of four follow-up sessions designed to deepen participants' understanding and practice of mindfulness techniques. This program sought to cultivate a mindful workplace culture, promoting mental clarity, stress reduction, and overall well-being.
The primary objective was to introduce PeakMade employees to mindfulness practices, equip them with tools to manage stress, and encourage a consistent mindfulness practice. The follow-up workshops aimed to reinforce these concepts, providing additional techniques and fostering a supportive community of practice.
