Overview
In partnership with Carta, OtherKind conducted a series of workshops specifically tailored for women of color in the tech industry. This initiative aimed to provide a supportive space where women could connect, share experiences, and learn from distinguished women psychologists of color. The workshops focused on mental health, resilience, and professional growth.
The primary goal was to address the unique challenges faced by women of color in tech and provide tools and strategies to enhance their well-being and career progression. By bringing together professionals from diverse backgrounds, the workshops aimed to foster a sense of community and empowerment.
Duration: A series of three workshops, each lasting 2 hours.
Format: Virtual, interactive sessions with live discussions and Q&A.
Speakers: Prominent women psychologists of color who specialize in workplace mental health and diversity issues.

The workshops were designed with a collaborative approach, allowing participants to engage in meaningful discussions.
